How big is the Hall?

A:

The hall is 100 square metres with a 20 square metre dance floor.

How many People can come to the event?

A:

The hall is regulated by fire to hold 100 people including the three staff.

What are the Seating Arrangements?

A:

There are 8 tables for 2 to 4 people. 11 tables for 6, we are very flexible, so that’s is seating for all 100 guests if needed.

What’s the Score with the Catering?

A:

We can arrange outside catering via the Gulshan, Dominos or anyone else you wish to nominate. We are often asked to arrange a Costco buffet. Please see our Catering page.

Parking?

A:

Depending on how well the cars are parked we can accommodate 60 to 70 cars. Worth mentioning cars left overnight are at owners risk and that FTFC cant accept any liability for any loss or stolen vehicles.

Do we have to pay for any insurance?

A:

No we have public liability insurance for £10m.

Q:

How long can the clubhouse and bar stay open till?

A:

On all available days, if needed, our bar licences allows run to midnight but we close bar at 11:30 with people normally leave at 12. The time you want your event to start is up to you.

Our Licence for the sale of alcohol covers 10.30 – 24.00 Weekdays, and 12.00 – 24.00 Sundays.

Music?

A:

Whether your preference is Pre-recorded or Live music we have any scenario covered with the correct legal licence covering any day of the week until midnight except Sunday which is to 11pm.

We can recommend welcome a resident DJ but you are welcome to use your own DJ.

Licence for the Performance of Live music:

  • 18.00 – 24.00 Mon – Sat
  • 18.00 – 23.00 Sun

Licence for the Performance of Recorded music:

  • 14.00 – 24.00 Mon – Sat
  • 14.00 – 23.00 Sun

How much does it cost to hire this great venue?

A:

For functions that require the bar:

  • Up to 50 people we would charge £70 per hall in total for the hall hire – 2 bar staff
  • For 50 – 97 people we would charge £100 per in total for the hall hire – 3 bar staff

For meetings with no bar we would charge £16 per hour.  Coffee, Tea & biscuits could be arranged using an urn at £2 per head.

Q:

What is the min period of time I can hire the hall?

A:

Two hours, the hall it is available from early morning 8am through to 12:00 midnight.

Q:

How much notices do I need to give if I want to hire the hall?

A:

We would prefer two weeks but could accept less if staff available or in the event of a cancellation.

Q:

Do you offer discounts for Clubs and Societies wanting to use the hall on a regular basis?

A:

Yes, we offer 10% for regular bookings.
